Our Client in Pretoria is looking for a Business Development Officer. Experience in business development in the commercial finance industry is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Identify potential clients and establish relationships with them to understand their financial needs.Promote our financial products and services to potential clients, providing them with customized solutions.Promote our financial products and services to existing and new brokers, offering customized solutions to meet their clients' needs.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships with newly introduced clients.Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure clients receive a seamless experience.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.Experience in business development in the commercial finance industry is beneficial.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong sales ability and new business generation.
