One will focus on Commercial clients, and the other will work with high-worth clients. In these roles, you'll generate leads and convert them into new business by providing specialized insurance advice that aligns with our strategic goals.

Client Focus: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication. Deliver exceptional client service to exceed satisfaction targets.
Business Processes: Offer tailored insurance advice, perform detailed risk assessments, and manage client portfolios with precision. Ensure compliance with underwriting and regulatory standards.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and products, commit to personal growth, and actively share knowledge with your team.



Qualifications and Skills:

Matric or equivalent
RE5 certified, FAIS Compliant
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sales-driven mindset
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in a Commercial or High Networth Insurance sales position
