UCKey Duties and Responsibilities:Manage the sales and Brand performance function.Meet and exceed revenue targets.Ongoing expansion of Active Partner base.Sales across all countries in SADC.Continuously review monthly the business strategy and the investment of the rebate earned through it.Develop a healthy pipeline across all brands.Marketing ManagementImplement key sales & marketing strategies throughout SADC.Engage with the brand in Quarterly and Annual Marketing Planning sessions with Relevant brands and Targeted Partners.Execute quarterly Promo and Program planning sessions.Develop an Account Plan that documents the key sales & marketing strategies and a management system that measures performance and success.Debt CollectionActively monitor collection across your partner base.Engage with partners until payment is received in full.Take ownership and accountability for all partner queries, whether sales, technical, or finance related.Manage the Sales of the Brand performance for relevant product set and relevant base (focus list)Drive revenue targets through a targeted set of relevant brand partners, resellers.Drive Relevant brand Strategy and portfolio within existing and as per the Focus list.Display key competencies of knowledge regarding relevant brand programs and relevant portfolio of products.Conduct Quarterly Business Review Sessions with Relevant brand.Drive targeted partner development planning and reviews as per the focus list.Drive Relevant brand Product Strategy and overview sessions with Business Partners.Recruit and develop existing and new brand-specific partners.Manage the onboarding process within the focus list.Build and manage effective relationships with relevant brand team members.Ensure the satisfactory execution of the aligned business plan in conjunction with the Strategic business partners Execs and Brand Managers.Report opportunity details to Relevant brands on a regular basis (weekly) showing deal progression and pipeline creation using the Customer Relationship Management system.Ensure that sales targets are achieved and report any deviations with detailed explanations.Ensure weekly activities and minutes of meetings are reported to the Brand Manager.Ensure productivity reports are submitted to the Brand Manager.AdministrationLoad CRM.Request and evaluate quotes for submission.Follow up on quotes.Follow up on operations responses.Manage SLA with brand operations.Adhere to and complete the Company Learning Map issued during the first week of employment to meet the expectation.Education and Qualifications Required:Grade 12.An IT Diploma/Degree would be advantageous.Systems: Excel, CRM, Accpac will be an advantage.Experience Required:A minimum of 5 years of Business Development Management experience in the IT industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with staff at various levels.Creative, solution-driven attitude.Willingness to work in an agile environment where changes are frequent, and technologies evolve.Experience in business/commercial management (budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, product pricing).Required Skills, Knowledge, and Personal Characteristics:Knowledge of relevant brand products and processes.Knowledge of Vendor structure to have the correct point of contact.Knowledge of the information management industry in South Africa.Knowledge of the IT industry.Skills:Excel intermediate.Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with numbers.Demonstrated confidentiality.Ability to deliver on service-level
