We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help a manufacturer of VSD and PLCs expand their clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to createand apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales of VSDs and PLCs and forging strong relationships with clients. Expand the business by marketing the organisation to new clients. Qualifications Experience in variable frequency drives (VSD), PLCs and industrial automation is essentialA sales-based history of employment in Electrical Automation products or similarKnowledge of CRM system and processKnowledge of MS Windows/MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel ResponsibilitiesDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectivesPrepare sales contracts for prospective re sellersKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeopleUtilize CRM software to record pertinent data forthcoming from sales representativesCalls and direct sales calls in region daily.Manage and develop business for variable frequency drives and PLCs in region through various prospecting and marketing activities.
