Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking all client interactions and progress within CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn). Solution Presentation & Negotiation: Effectively present the company's unique recruitment value proposition, addressing client needs and managing negotiations to close deals. GDPR Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure compliance with GDPR and company confidentiality standards through NDA agreements and secure handling of client data. RequirementsExperience: 5-10 years in business development, with a strong background in outbound sales and client relationship management, preferably within the finance or recruitment industry.Skills: Proven ability to reach and engage decision-makers. Comfort with CRM systems like Bullhorn and soft phone systems for client calls. Strong negotiation skills, with a track record in closing B2B deals.
