Responsibilities As a Senior Business Development Manager at iStore Business, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within the Enterprise market segment. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance market presence and expand the customer base. Your strong network and ability to connect at C-Level within Enterprise will be critical in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Develop and implement sales plans and quarterly targets aligned with business objectives, ensuring achievement of targets Identify potential clients and establish contact to generate new business leads. Present and promote products and solutions to prospective clients. Ensure a well-managed sales pipeline and oversee its management Collaborate with key decision-makers within the business to align on key projects Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry contacts Develop and maintain strong industry-relevant product knowledge Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build a strong business network. Sales Strategy and Planning: Identify and target new logos for iStore Business Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and target new and existing business opportunities in various market segments. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Cultivate and expand relationships at C-level and directorial levels Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain regular communication and face-to-face meetings with clients to ensure alignment and address any issues proactively. Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively. Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Collaborate with the product and technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of products and solutions. Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Qualifications requirements Strong network and ability within Enterprise environment Minimum 4 year proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics industry within the Enterprise segment. Strong commercial and financial acumen Strong knowledge of Apple products and solutions is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated Ability to travel as needed.
