Job Summary:
As the Business Development Manager at Enreach.ai, you will step into a high-performing sales process with a clear structure and strategy. Your role will be to focus on closing deals and increasing revenue while leveraging an established system for lead generation and pipeline management. This is an exciting opportunity to hit the ground running, contributing to a thriving sales machine and helping us scale to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Sales Cycle Management: Leverage our proven sales system to efficiently manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to close.
Client Engagement: Conduct product demos, pitches, and negotiations with prospects using a structured approach designed for success.
Close Deals: Focus on converting leads into clients, supported by an already optimized lead generation and outreach process.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, offering tailored solutions to their business needs.
Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with the founder and contribute to fine-tuning our existing sales strategies based on real-time feedback and market conditions.
Pipeline Management: Use our established CRM to track and manage leads and sales activity with precision.
Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Hit clearly defined quotas and revenue goals within the structure of a high-functioning sales system.
Key Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally in SaaS, tech, or Web3/blockchain industries.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to quickly adapt to and thrive in an established, proven sales process.
Consultative selling skills and the ability to offer customized solutions to clients' needs.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Knowledge of Web3, blockchain, or tech industries is a major advantage.
