PURPOSETo grow business, service customers and grow brandEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIESNew Business Generation (min 10-15 years external sales experience)Degree/ National Diploma in Business Management/Marketing/Entrepreneurship or any other relevant tertiary qualificationProven Sales track record within this specific geographyMust be proficient in standard Microsoft programmes. Strong Entrepreneurial /Sales experience an advantageEntrepreneurial personality or character traitsProven experience in managing a multi-faceted and multi-dimensional role such as this.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONSExecute a growth strategy that focus on specific market segments. Sell and achieve monthly target & deadlinesSource, negotiate and sign new business- Grow Sanitech Brand RegionalBuild and maintain relationships with all key customersMust be aware of all upcoming tenders for Municipalities and DepartmentsSourcing, costing and assisting with all upcoming TendersAttending Briefing Sessions, Opening of Tenders and Debriefing Sessions for Tenders for regional and National customers over R50 000Appealing Declined Tenders and following up on feedback Ongoing Competitor analysis Ensure the cost associated with opening the new account are kept in line with the approved budgetComplete contract documents in detail to stream line the implementation of new contract Work effectively alongside Ops in implementation of new contracts for national and regional key customersAbility to conduct sales presentations to senior management and Directors at potential customersUphold image of company at all timesFormulate, call and plan cycle as well as daily call reportsAssist in providing knowledge and expertise to current sales teams.Prepare proposals, quotes &/ solutions to customers with accurate costing and follow-up for key customersMaintain a pipeline and keep it updatedHandle complaints and queries for national and key regional customers over R50 000Manage existing customers (From Quotation to Implementation Phase and Follow Ups)Maintain existing customers- top 20Training of sales reps (costings)Work closely with other departments (Operations and accounts)Must be able to communicate with staff and customers at all levelsNetwork with other companies within the Waco GroupAssisting with general branch duties from time to timeAssist with debtors when requiredSelling the full scope and offering that Sanitech has to offer
