What You'll Need to Succeed:A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (bonus points if you have one!).510 years of experience in a sales or service-oriented industry.At least 5 years of experience in IT sales, specifically SAP or ERP solutions.A proven track record in securing and growing business partnerships.Solid technical knowledge and an understanding of IT terminology.What Youll Be Doing:Identifying market opportunities to boost our market share.Conducting needs analyses for newly secured clients.Crafting business solutions tailored to client needs.Delivering persuasive board-level presentations to secure contracts and SLAs.Leading contract term negotiations with confidence and precision.Cross-marketing innovative solutions within the Recruitment Cluster.Reviewing financial and performance data to drive improvements and exceed targets.What Were Looking For:A persuasive, ambitious, and analytical professional who is:Solution-oriented and deadline-driven.Confident, assertive, and self-motivated.Honest, sincere, and committed to fostering strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and the company.The Details:Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (overtime may be required).Salary: To be discussed.Benefits: Aligned with company policy.Reporting To: CEO.Start Date: ASAP.Interview Process: COO, followed by CEO.How to Apply:Send your application to Geraldine Turner at
