Business Development Manager

(1) Mininum 10 years of experience in Tyre Industry(Manufacturing)
(2) Experience in tyres, or automotive industry throughout Africa Region
(3) Able to Effectively, Openly and Positively
(4) Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
(5) Must have good command of English Language
(6) Self-Motivated, Reliable and Confident
(7) Excellent organisational skills and ability to show initiative
(8) Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
(9) Competent to analyse the market situation, identify customer needs
(10) Ability to deal effectively with pressure and stress
(11) Good Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel / Powerpoint and knowledgeable about SAP system
