A leading BPO firm based in Johannesburg is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand their client base within the financial services sector.This role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly within the BPO and direct marketing sectors. The Business Development Manager will act as the primary interface between the company and its clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships are built and maintained.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business initiatives aimed at maximizing market share and minimizing risk.
