Business Development Manager

Hello… an exciting new opportunity has just become available in our Hollard Insure Broker Distribution Risk Finance Area.  We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager.
Role Objectives: To drive and grow the development of Alternative Risk Transfer (HART) Solutions for Hollard Insure in line with overall Hollard Insure strategic intent Key Responsibilities: Construct and offer tailored Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions and products to clients To service and manage direct clients, Risk Finance consultants and intermediary relations on key accounts to retain existing business and ensure profitable organic growth Develop new business opportunities in line with divisional budget objectives and overall Hollard growth aim Develop and leverage any underwriting opportunity to blend HART Solutions with Hollard Underwriting Capacity Implement/ manage and audit Binder Agreement (underwriting) for specific portfolio of control in line with regulatory framework To provide service excellence to internal & external customers Sustain and develop profile in the insurance industry Identify and develop product enhancements in accordance with market development, client requirements and/or intermediary inputs Communicate new developments/trends in ART space/markets.
