Business Development Manager

Durban. Successful off-shore project management company seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to focus on the renewable energy sector, offering services to both onshore and offshore oil, gas, and renewable energy projects. The role will involve securing new clients and servicing existing clients across various sites.
Key Responsibilities: Building the company's market position by identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships.Identifying potential business deals by networking and exploring synergies with partners.Increasing the client base and driving cash flow.Predicting, diagnosing, and mitigating potential business risks in collaboration with department heads.Negotiating service level agreements, framework agreements, memoranda of understanding, and other relevant business structures.Managing client contracts, responding to tenders, and staying updated on trends and developments within the construction and work-at-height industries.Requirements: Proven track record in business development and strategic growth.Must be technically minded with exposure and expertise in the renewables, power generation, oil and gas industries or high voltage background.Strong managerial skills.Ability to work autonomously.Willingness to travel - will travel to Europe, USA and Taiwan every couple of months.Marketing/social media background an advantage.Own vehicle essential.Apply: ******
