Your main focus will be driving client acquisition and onboarding to meet our ambitious growth targets.
By identifying and prioritizing suitable prospects youll maintain a strong pipeline and oversee the entire acquisition process.
Beyond closing deals youll nurture accounts bolster relationships and contribute significantly to service quality and share growth efforts.
By coordinating efforts across operational product and marketing teams youll ensure the sustainability of these relationships and foster ongoing growth.

Reporting to the Head of Sales this role requires a dynamic and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
Your responsibilities include: Understand lastmile logistics to identify and prioritize potential clients across industries.
Generate qualified leads through outbound techniques such as emails and phone calls.
Create and manage a robust sales pipeline with a longterm view to achieve sales targets and drive customer success.
Utilize CRM (Zoho) tools to record activity follow up on conversations and advance client interactions.
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients.
Getting face to face with potential clients as frequently as possible.
Establish strong relationships with potential clients negotiate favorable terms and identify future upsell opportunities.
Lead and drive the onboarding process for new clients ensuring their seamless transition and maximizing our share gain.
Cultivate key client relationships that drive revenue strengthen the brand and execute targets to support companywide growth ambitions.
Take ownership of relevant metrics to drive performance improvement.
Requirements You enjoy working in a fastpaced agile environment working independently and are a selfstarter.
You are laserfocused on customer experience.
This means that you approach each new client differently by understanding their needs and problems and fitting our solutions according to their needs.
You have a consultative and relational sales approach to your work.
You are dynamic and can cope with changes to our product and solution set.
Someone who is aligned to our values and approach and: Experienced sales and business development representative or related roles (23 years) Experience in or exposure to lastmile logistics 23 years experience in Courier ideally servicing the B2C market Advantageous Targetdriven with a proven track record in enterprise sales Creative problem solver with a curious mind and elegant solutions to complex problems.
Excellent communication selling and closing skills Enjoy building authentic relationships through meeting clients face 2 face Highly relational with the ability to take on feedback and coaching Strong analytical and administrative skills: Experience in CRM tools (like Salesforce HubSpot and Zoho CRM) Advance experience using Google Sheets or MS Excel and compiling Pitch Decks using Google Slides or MS PowerPoint Our Approach Our vision is to create access for anybody in Africa.

Your primary focus is to drive acquisition and onboarding of access points to aggressively and strategically expand our access point network.
You will identify and prioritise suitable potential access points, create a strong pipeline and manage the end-to-end acquisition process.
You are a hunter with great negotiation and closing skills and will also manage your accounts long term, build strong relationships and play a pivotal role in enhancing service quality and compliance.
By working together with the operational, support and marketing team you will ensure the nurturing of these relationships and sustainable growth.
You are a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills who is always in control of their pipeline and portfolio.
