Business Development Manager

"In the City" is a small CBD-based and privately-owned property rental and management agency. The company currently represents 300 (300) 4 and 5 star graded serviced apartments located within the CBD area. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and extroverted Senior Sales Manager.
(including but not limited to):
- Develop market-specific sales strategies.
- Establish, maintain and expand customer account base through:
Conducting a minimum of 20 prospecting sales/cold calls per weekConducting 2-3 outside sales calls per week to current and prospective clients.Conducting consistent on-site visits of ITC properties to prospective clients.- Reach targets and goals set by Company.
- Report weekly sales activity to Director of Sales.
- Assist with guest queries on occasion.
- Participate in a one-week per every five-week On-Call rotation duty (includes any after hour, weekend and holiday check-in/check-outs).

NOTE: Every week, this position is required to assist with after-hours and public holiday guest check-ins/outs and on-call duties.
