Client in the Medical/Healthcare Sector Seeks a Dynamic Business Development ManagerHospital Management experience is essential!Duties & ResponsibilitiesDriving growth and establishing new business opportunitiesUnderstanding of the business, and providing creative solutions considering all stakeholdersDevelop a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve organizational goalsIdentify and evaluate market trends, and customer needs to identify potential growth opportunitiesConduct market research and analysis to support decision makingInterfacing and establishing key relationships with stakeholdersThe ability to project manage complex projectsDevelop people through coaching and mentoringPrepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address client requirementsNegotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contract agreements with clients. Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in a timely mannerAchieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. Continuously monitor sales performance, analyse sales data, and implement corrective actions as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiativesPrepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecastsDesired Experience & QualificationA relevant B-degree in Nursing/Healthcare Administration or Business Management or equivalent is essentialA medical degree or relevant clinical experience is advantageousA minimum of 10 years' experienceA minimum of 5 years' management experienceHospital Management experience is essentialWilling to travel
