You support our team as
Business Development Manager Filc (f/m/d)
Responsibilities

You introduce Dripstop product to local market to build product awareness and networks with industry stakeholders.
You achieve sales and profitability targets by actively growing customer base and sales volume.
You develop sales both with new and existing customers whilst building long-term customer relationships and act as customer liaison.
You provide customers with Commercial (sales training) and Technical (claims, applicator installations) support.
You execute marketing activities such as market research, strategy development whilst monitoring the market for effective forecasting and inventory planning.
You provide regular reporting regarding key activities in an effort to actively pursue process and cost optimization.

Qualifications

You have 3 – 5 years in B2B Field Sales and/or Account Management.
You have a Bachelors Degree in Business or Technical field is preferred.
You have experience in Building and/or Construction industry is preferred.
You have a strong understanding of Industry and product knowledge.
You have customer-centric mentality with solid communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills essential.
You are willing to travel up to 50%. (Domestic and Africa)
