Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven sales track record, especially in business development. Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency with CRM and sales tools; organizational and administrative capabilities. Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, marketing strategies, and competitor landscape. Reporting: Experience in preparing and presenting sales performance reports. Training: Willingness to undergo training and take on managerial tasks as needed.
