Growth: Manage the Territory Management Strategy for OBK considering the fleet and potential sales throughout the region.
Increase market and customer share in all our countries.
Improve the customer satisfaction year on year, measuring it annually.
Expand our customer base by increasing sales with new customers.
Support the drive to establish the OBK client profiles in SalesForce for live interaction and collaboration between divisions and stakeholders i.t.o.
opportunities and sales close out.  Innovation: The successful implementation of new technology (automation, digitalization, electrification).
Ensure we will remain an undisputed market leader in all new technology areas and integrate sustainability into our offerings.
Successful bundling of new technology solutions with capital equipment.
Operational Excellence: Improve profitability based on good price management and functional cost efficiencies.
Continuous improvement in working capital management (inventory and receivables) with the highest focus on aging stock and overdue receivables.
Ensure we have the necessary processes and policies in place, that are adhered to according to 'The Epiroc Way'.
Responsible for the P&L of the OBK Division in the region.
Maintain a high level of product application knowledge and focused support for OBK equipment.
Work to educate the sales force on their selling features and benefits.
Provide all the necessary product information that may be required in support of the sales effort.
Co-ordinate all communication with the Product Company regarding product specifications, applications, forecasting and production scheduling to ensure the availability of product within the delivery time.
Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of competitor information including equipment specifications, market activities and market share.
Meet and exceed the customer's expectations on problem resolutions.
Support the sales force in their selling efforts.
This will include the preparation of quotations, product application studies, tenders and sales support material.
OBK Product Portfolio: Capital Equipment – Exploration Parts and Services - Exploration Drilling Consumables – Exploration Exploration Technologies Skills, Competence and Experience: 5 - 8 years exposure to the sales and business development environments of the drilling industry minimum requirement Sound knowledge of all the OBK (Exploration) product lines and their applications.
Proven track record in sales of Exploration and/or Surface Drilling product lines.
Team management expertise.
A complete and thorough knowledge of company values and their ability to promote them both internally as well as externally.
Good internal and external communication skills and customer focused.
Computer literate.
A proven self-starter who requires within well-defined guidelines, limited supervision.
Willingness to travel extensively across the country as required by business development.
Valid code 08 driver's licence.
Educational Qualifications: Grade 12 – minimum requirement Other qualifications (Diploma, Degree, Post-Graduate Degree etc.)
