Education & Experience Diploma or Degree in Electrical or related fieldMinimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the electrical/cable industry or relatedTechnical understanding of electrical infrastructureEPC projects experience.Ability to work with customers and partners on technical questions and solutionsAbility to coordinate amongst multidisciplinary teams (both internally and externally)Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spokenAbility to work well in a matrix organizational structureKnowledge of project management will be advantageousDuties and Responsibilities Develop sales opportunities for electrical/cable solutions focusing on small to large power projects including solar photovoltaic and energy storageProvide guidance on different solutionsNew business developmentEstablish relationships with stakeholdersDevelop detailed and accurate project cost based on the technical bill of materialsDevelop clear scope definitions and limits of supply for proposals aligned to the project cost budgetDevelop sales with new and existing accounts in assigned areasDevelop competitive strategies to meet sales objectives and maintain knowledge of competitor activityProvide input on the business plan to ensure sales sustainabilityBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and influencers within the industryParticipate in contracts negotiationsKeeping abreast with industry trends#J-18808-Ljbffr
