Business Development ManagerWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help a manufacturer of VSD and PLC's expand their clientele.You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales of VSD's and PLC's and forging strong relationships with clients.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfactionConduct research to identify new markets and customer needsArrange business meetings with prospective clientsPromote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectivesPrepare sales contracts for prospective resellersKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales supportBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customersDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeopleUtilize CRM software to record pertinent data forthcoming from sales representativesMake calls and conduct direct sales calls in the region dailyManage and develop business for variable frequency drives and PLC's in the region through various prospecting and marketing activitiesDesired Experience & QualificationQualificationsExperience in variable frequency drives (VSD), PLC's and industrial automation is essentialA sales-based history of employment in Electrical Automation products or similarKnowledge of CRM system and processKnowledge of MS Windows/MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS ExcelPackage & RemunerationR45 000 to R50 000 per monthCompany petrol cardInterested?A Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
