Who we are: We are an digital marketing agency specialising in lead generation within Google and YouTube advertising.What we do: We tailor our performance-driven services to meet your unique digital marketing needs.What we are looking for: We are looking for a Business Development Manager with sales experience within digital, ideally with solid Google experience. What you will do:Sales Ability: Consistently close sales and contribute to the company's bottom line by adding sustainable growthScoping: Scope leads and opportunities that are in line with the company's ideal client profile and in doing so ensure that growth achieved is sustainable long-termSales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed both individual and company targets as defined by managementSales Execution: Deeply understand the company's offerings, articulate their value to prospective clients and integrate services into client strategies to achieve objectivesNew Client Acquisition: Skillfully mine leads, clients and referrals. Also prepare compelling proposals and onboard clients, adhering to the company's standards and value thresholdsLead Management: Ensure timely and professional communication with leads, adhering to the company's high standards for client engagementRelationship-Building: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with all clients and partners, ensuring a steady stream of new business to the companyReporting: Provide comprehensive weekly reports to the Head of Business Development, detailing performance metrics and insightsOnboarding Excellence: Manage client onboarding processes diligently, including agreement facilitation and workflow establishmentCollaborative Efforts: Maintain productive relationships with Account Management and Operations teams to ensure seamless client managementCompliance and Enforcement: Ensure valid client contracts are in place for all new clients before work commences and that all company processes are diligently followedInnovation and Attraction: Develop and implement creative strategies to attract the right clients to the companyContinuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing self-education in current technologies and trends, keeping all relevant certifications up-to-dateTeam Involvement: Participate in company team-building events to foster strong inter-departmental relationshipsTime Management: Track and manage your time efficiently using the company's designated software, complying with reporting policiesWhat you must have:Minimum of five years' sales experience in the digital marketing industryProven track record of reaching targets and showing positive growthExcellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage an audience and build rapport in a short timeDeep understanding of digital media and the ability to strategise around suitable solutions to reach client objectivesPassion for working with people and enjoys being socialSelf-motivated, independent worker with respect for authorityDriven by goals and targets, with a keen understanding of how their work contributes to overall business successA proactive go-getter who is always on the lookout for new opportunitiesA seasoned professional capable of engaging with senior management and representing our company with poise and proficiency
