Key Requirements:Education: Matric and relevant tertiary education required.Experience:Minimum 5 years experience in national/mass retail account management/business management.Skills:Good commercial and financial acumen.Strong negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Must have own vehicle with a valid license.Ability to travel locally and internationally if necessary.Knowledge of the electronics industry is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure.Strong organisational and management abilities.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Energetic, passionate, and motivated self-starter.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/MacOS/iOS.Responsibilities:Business Development:Demonstrate strong financial comprehension per partner with analytical ability to manage finances effectively.Prepare quarterly and annual business plans per partner to exceed business targets.Implement agreed plans to foster business growth in all areas.Analyse and identify key strategic goals, timelines, and actions required to grow percentage contribution and market share per partner.Translate the value of driving the Apple brand per partner and its impact on the partner's bottom-line performance.Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships across multiple levels in the organization per partner, including C-Level and Director level.Sales Planning and Execution:Secure committed orders per partner in line with business plans.Review and analyse stock parameters per partner to ensure responsible account management.Ensure sales targets are met on a quarterly and annual basis.Maximise additional revenue streams per channel through strategic planning and execution.Account Administration & Stock Planning:Manage partner marketing plans in line with Apple requirements.Manage partner billings and expenses on a monthly basis in line with budget requirements.Manage reporting processes both internally and externally with respective partners.Review and identify model stock parameters per partner and create constructive action plans to manage within parameters.Merchandising/Visual:Ensure, through Apple LASC Team, that Apple products occupy the best location in store and are always optimally displayed to maximise sell-out potential.Maximise presence within each retailer's environment by driving initiatives through the Retailer Head Office.Work closely with the Apple LASC Team to ensure merchandising is managed correctly, supporting efforts through Customer Head Office negotiation and support.
