This role will see you work across existing clients, inbound requests, and pursuing new business opportunities.Tasks include:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the South African market, targeting key sectors that align with Realm Digital's offerings.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients.Present Realm Digital's value proposition, showcasing our digital platform design, software development, and consulting services.Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activity.Engage in business analysis to understand client requirements and provide recommendations that align with their goals and Realm Digital's expertise.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to prospective clients.Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective negotiation and deal closure.Work closely with Realm Digital's leadership and project teams to ensure seamless handover and ongoing client satisfaction.Essential Skills, Attributes & QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the technology or digital services industry.Strong understanding of digital platforms, software development, and emerging technologies.Basic business analysis skills, with the ability to gather and interpret client requirements.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet client needs.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.Familiarity with agile methodologies and a passion for technology innovation.
