Business Development Manager - Bulk Material Handling

Job Purpose:Responsible for developing and maintaining the mining business for BMG by identifying direct and contractual business opportunities.
Building long-term relationships with mining houses, project houses, and OEMs to increase BMG's chance of securing and closing sales opportunities.Roles & Responsibilities:Active management of relationships with key mining houses at head office and end-user level.Monitoring customer engagement and relationship on CRM.Grow the market share within the capital projects environment focusing on BMG's bulk material handling solutions and products.Working closely with internal support to manage the entire tender process – commercial/technical/final submission and negotiation.Working closely with internal support to review pricing for competitiveness in the market.Presenting the BMG BMH solutions with the focus on developing new business and getting BMG BMH products specified at the end-user level.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary education qualification in the engineering field.Ten years work experience, of which five were in the end-user sales environment specifically in mining.BMH business experience with technical background and ability to do product selections and designs to suit customer requirements.Experience and knowledge of bulk material handling processes.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Bulk Material Handling: 10 years (Required)
