A well-established B-BBEE Consulting company in Fourways is seeking a Business Development Manager.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across various sectors who need assistance with B-BBEE compliance and strategy implementation.Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, including corporate executives and compliance officers, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.Business Growth: Create and execute strategies to increase the company's market share and revenue by securing new consulting projects.Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape in the B-BBEE consulting space.Proposal and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating the value and impact of our consulting services.Networking: Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and conferences to build brand awareness and establish new business connections.Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery, and to develop new consulting offerings based on market demand.Reporting: Monitor and report on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management.Qualifications:Education: Qualification in MDP-B-BBEE is advantageous.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the consulting industry with a strong understanding of B-BBEE compliance and strategy.Skills: Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset.Knowledge: Deep knowledge of B-BBEE regulations and the South African business environment.Personal Attributes: Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
