You will play a pivotal role in achieving the company's revenue goals and expanding our customer base by acquiring new logos. This position requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in Enterprise Software sales in an international environment and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven organization.Job Description:Responsible for achieving annual sales plan and market development in Africa.Continually align business strategy toward achieving vision for segment.Plan & execute sales activities in region, expand footprint in compete customers, upsell, cross-sell and retain existing business.Co-create and execute marketing plans for Africa market.Focus on de-risking funnel through 10X pipeline.Expand business through alliance and partner network across regions.Key Expertise / Skills:7 to 10 years exp in Enterprise Software Sales.Should have the ability to nurture develop Enterprise accounts for business.Have ability to work under pressure and deliver Quarterly / Annual Targets.Should have Knowledge of Competitors ERP product & High-level product features pricing.Behavioral Skills:Should have successful sales experience with a Go-getter mentality and demonstrated ability as an effective self-starter.Must have strong Business acumen and Presentation Skills.Job Location: JohannesburgJoin our team and be part of an exciting journey of building a global & dynamic sales-driven organization.
