As a Business Development Manager you will contribute to the development of our tools, processes and best practices.You will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key agencies and internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling Amazon solutions that meet and exceed customer requirements. You will build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.Key job responsibilities:Execute programs that address challenges and barriers faced by small- and medium-sized businesses in adopting e-commerce solutionsDevelop strategies for promoting e-commerce readiness with small- and medium-sized businessesPersonally leading key business development activities, from the exploratory phase and expansion or partnershipsManage internal and external stakeholder relationships i.e agencies, financial institutions etcEstablish mechanisms to maintain a funnel of small- and medium-sized businesses partners, onboarding and trainingEstablish mechanisms for monitoring program progress and evaluating the impact of interventionsContributing to the development of our tools, processes and best practicesIdentify potential risks and challenges associated with program implementationBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor DegreeExperience with business developmentOral and written communication skillsProject Management skills (Stakeholder management, written communication, regular updates, Program flashes, audits, review meetings, process audits)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to quickly build credibility with external partners and internal Amazon stakeholders.Demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done.Experience in working in an ambiguous environment with changing prioritiesSQL knowledge
