Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain and increase sales volumes without loss of margin for existing business.Submit sales reports.Attend sales meetings and issue reports as required.Conduct client visits.Manage applicants.Exceed business development targets.Assist with debtor collection where there are queries or problems.Driving Business DirectionBuild strong relationships with clients.Collaborate with peers to ensure business growth, efficiency, and innovation.Basic RequirementsPassion for helping team members and clients.Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and task-driven.Enjoy being part of a team.Educational and Experience Requirements and PreferencesGrade 12.Provable commission earnings.Good command of the English language – written and verbal.Knowledge and experience within the recruitment industry with at least two years' experience.Excellent business development skills and attributes.Strong communication skills.Willingness to travel locally.Own reliable transport.Remuneration: R25000.00 to R40000.00 per month negotiable
