Key Responsibilities:Drive transaction volume growth by servicing and managing existing billersSource and onboard new billers to expand our client baseEnhance transaction volumes through retailer and digital payment networksEstablish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key biller stakeholders (both existing and prospective)Identify and develop strategic partnerships, including banks and referral partnersExplore and implement innovative solutions to drive business growthAct as the primary interface between billers/prospects and internal departmentsCollaborate with the marketing team to maintain and grow our market presenceEnsure smooth operations for billers by liaising with internal teamsTrack and report on key business opportunities, sales analysis, forecasts, and query managementMinimum Requirements:Relevant tertiary qualification5-8 years of experience in the payments or financial industry, with a proven track record in sales and enterprise-level client relationship managementStrong understanding of the payments environment, including retailers, digital platforms, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, and acquiringDrivers license and ability to travel frequentlyFluent in English, with proficiency in Afrikaans being a strong advantageNon-Negotiables:Payment ExperienceHunter profile actively look for new work, not just look after accountsWe appreciate your interest, however if you have not had any response within 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.We also invite you to contact us to discuss your next career move in IT.IT Consultant
