Business Development Executive
Hire Resolve's client is seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join their team in the exciting and fast-growing renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the Western Cape region.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the renewable energy sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the renewable energy sector.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions and proposals for potential clients.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expertise.
Monitor and report on business development activities, progress, and results to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, policies, and market trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Experience using CRM software and other business development tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
