Job Title: Business Development Manager

About Us:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a UK business which is a dynamic platform designed to revolutionise conveyancing and make moving home a pleasurable journey for the home mover, the estate agent and the solicitor. Our mission is to be the number one provider in the UK and we need your help to grow our strategic partners as well as to convert our home mover clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Make 100 calls a day to prospective clients, both B2B and B2C.
Engage with individuals at all organisational levels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide excellent written and spoken communication to present our products and services effectively.

What We're Looking For:

Has at least 3 years of proven experience in a B2B sales environment.
Is an excellent communicator with top-notch written and spoken English.
Holds a university level education.
Has an unstoppable drive to succeed and a passion for hitting targets.
Can effortlessly engage with individuals at all organisational levels.
Is adept at building and maintaining relationships, ensuring long-term client success.
Is familiar with CRM software and other sales tools, for instance Hubspot.
Is self-motivated and can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
