The Role: Business Development Executive Are you passionate about relationship-building and have a talent for closing deals? This role is your first step into a lucrative career in direct property sales. We are seeking ambitious Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and setting appointments for senior sales directors, all while building strong, lasting relationships with potential investors. We offer a structured six-month training program focused on sales techniques and in-depth product knowledge to help you progress quickly in both earnings and seniority. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and build relationships with expatriates and HNWIs interested in UK property investments. Networking & Events: Organize and promote investment seminars and networking events to connect with potential clients. Attend events to showcase property investment opportunities and expand your client base. Market Expertise: Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the UK property investment market to provide insightful guidance to potential investors. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure seamless client handover to senior sales directors. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups, strategic outreach, and effective communication. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within real estate or investment sectors. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify high-potential opportunities and present data-driven insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients. A creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box to offer tailored solutions to client needs. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the property market or a willingness to develop expertise in this sector. Why Join Us?
