The role:Supporting the sales team by identifying and generating new business opportunities and working to expand growth within their current customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesPhone calls to customers & prospects to identify new opportunitiesUsing customer data and working with internal account managers to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upsellingBooking visits with new and current customers to generate new leads and opportunitiesDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with current and potential customersWorking to keep customer information and data up to date within the Sales CRM and other tracking toolsReports & KPI's:Number of customer calls made per monthNumber of meetings booked per monthKey SkillsClear communication with customers and colleaguesProfessional and friendly mannerAdaptable and able to multi-task Organized and able to effectively manage their timeWorks well within a team
