Responsibilities:Facilitate processing of credit applicationImplement the strategy for meeting sales performance targetsCost freight movements and prepare service estimates when requiredInterface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growthMaintain and update client record informationProvide quarterly results assessments of sales activitiesAcquire new business as well as continued expansion among existing clientsOpen business development dialogs with strategic customersComply with the requirements of the quality management system Requirements:Matric3 years Sales and Marketing related qualification at NQF Level 5Must have a clearing and forwarding background Skills Required:Solid 5-year sales track record within clearing and forwardingStrong Consultative selling SkillsStrong communication skillsNegotiation skillsHave a comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing principlesHave good knowledge of international trade principlesUnderstand Air and Sea freight forwarding practices and proceduresMin 5 years of progressive sales executive experience and a demonstrated record of sales growth for 2 years in clearing & forwarding industryHave knowledge of the local trading market, Inco termsUnderstand tariff calculation concepts Do you fit this profile and have the Clearing and Forwarding sales experience required for this hunting role?
