Key Requirements: Previous B2B retail sales experience essentialHave built your own client list with buyers for national retailers/chain storesExperience in selling within the beauty industry or exposure to the beauty industry is a definite advantageKey Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and servicesCreate frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial dataEnsure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrationsParticipate on behalf of the company in exhibitions/trade showsNegotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objectionsGather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
