As a Business Development Executive, you will be accustomed to developing and maintaining effective business relationships with advisors and delivering a proactive service that enhances the image of the company and contributes to the growth and profitability of the retail business unitA self-motivated salesperson with a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly investments, who can build strong relationships with financial advisors and consistently achieve sales targets.Sales and Relationship Building: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisors (referred to as "advisors" or "IFA base").Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and present effectively.Financial Services Industry Knowledge: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Business Development Executive in financial services, focusing on investments.Possessions of relevant financial services industry qualifications like CFP (Certified Financial Planner).RE5.Additional Skills and Qualities: A university degree (BCom or equivalent).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong computer literacy.Customer service mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.Energetic, positive, professional, and presentable demeanor.Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Advisors.Following up on advisor requests and queries in a timely manner and ensuring service standards are met.Presenting to advisors the benefits of the company offering.Liaising with internal departments to ensure that excellent customer service standards can be met.Keeping up to date with competitor products and service offerings.
