Business Development Engineer - Electrical Engineering IndustryHire Resolve's client in the electrical engineering industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Schemes Tendering and Business Development Engineer in Johannesburg.Responsibilities:Responsible for assembling complete technical and commercial tenders.Prepare tender documents including cost summary sheets, risk assessments, and approval documentation.Ensure tenders are processed and managed in a customer-focused manner to satisfy client needs.Attend tender briefings, customer site visits, and final tender submissions.Develop relationships with new and existing customers, consultants, and within customer organisations.Network with clients when required and take part in the development of business growth strategy.Requirements:T/S4 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.Fully conversant with NEC and FIDIC Contracts.Minimum 5 years of tendering experience in Protection relays, Schemes and Substation Automation.Strong sales and marketing experience within the related field.Computer literacy in MS Office, Syspro, and Outlook.Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, and self-motivation.Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
