A leading multinational engineering company is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead customer service and after-sales initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and work with diverse clients in industries like mining, petrochemicals, and gas production.
Requirements Advanced degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, and/or project execution.
Knowledge of technologies such as Air Separation, Pressure Swing Adsorption, H2 and Syngas Production, and Petrochemicals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Job Experience & Skills Required Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Strong network within regional industries, particularly at decision-making levels.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing innovative solutions.
Experienced in collaborating with international and cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with Sasol processes and operations is an advantage.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
