We are looking for innovative, passionate and caring people to join our team and help us continue to build our success story! As our Business Development Director, you'll be at the forefront of TLC's expansion, focusing on securing new tactical campaigns with industry leaders. Your role will be crucial in achieving our ambitious revenue targets and establishing TLC as a go-to partner for innovative marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Represent TLC at conferences and networking events, building relationships with potential clients
Lead engaging introductory meetings with new and existing clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to craft winning proposals
Confidently present TLC solutions, highlighting our unique value proposition
Nurture client relationships throughout the sales process
Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide precise sales forecasts
What We're Looking For:
Proven track record of sales growth in a B2B environment
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Strategic, proactive, and creative mindset
Solid understanding of marketing principles
Proficiency in LinkedIn networking and engagement
Experience in Loyalty/SaaS/Media/B2B sales (desirable)
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
