Responsibilities:

Manage service internet business development lead management system
Answer all incoming service calls
Generate appointments in the DMS for service customers
Assist customers by gathering information on their vehicle needs and making appointments.
Follow up with customers about upcoming appointments
Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Other duties as required by management
Must have a valid Utah driver's license

Qualifications:

Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily
Answering customer calls daily
Superior communication skills, both oral and written
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment.
