About the Marketing Business Development Coordinator positionThe Business Development Coordinator position is to ensure that new developments or client groups are taken through the new development procedure to ensure the success of the new product.Business Development Coordinator responsibilities are:New Project DevelopmentDemonstrate solutions to prospective customersFacilitate GAP workshops internally and externallyDocument business problems, requirements, and minutes of meetings heldCompile quotation and present to the clientImplementationAssist with planning new implementations and data conversions requiredCompile and present sign-off documentation to the new clientManage documentation generated during the processShare documentation with all relevant stakeholders, according to RACI documentFeedbackProvide regular feedback to the customer including estimated delivery time of new requestsAssist developers and other technical staff to solicit information where requiredProvide feedback to managers on current projects and their status of importanceClosing and Escalating TasksPresent and get sign-off on new projects completedPopulate the lessons learned documentFile NPD documentation electronicallyEnsure documentation is available for marketing materialReportingNew Product Development life cycleAd-hoc reports on requestClient project reportCompile Exco CRM reportBusiness Development Coordinator requirements are:Grade 12 certificate or Equivalent N3Relevant degree or diplomaAgile methodology experience (preferable)Relevant project coordination experience
