Your Mission:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in motor and household insurance
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs analyses and provide expert advice
- Develop lead generation strategies
- Sales and prospecting
- Presentation and negotiation
- Risk assessment and problem-solving

We're Looking For:
- Matric/Grade 12 + FAIS Credits
- FAIS Regulatory examination (RE5) passed
- 3+ years in short-term insurance sales
- Own transport and valid driver's license
- Proven commission earnings

Remuneration and Benefits:
- R350 Tech allowance
- Laptop and Cell phone
- Medical Aid and Pension Fund

What to Expect:
- Target: 10 quotes/week, 8.5 policies/month
- Regular reporting and performance tracking
