Position:Business Development Consultant
Job Description: The Business Development Consultant is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with an understanding of the Cleaning / Hygiene or Services industries.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to develop effective business strategies.

Minimum Requirement:Experience: Proven track record of success in sales with a minimum of 5 years experienceStrong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholdersStrategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilitiesResults-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growthAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentEducation: Grade 12 / tertiary qualification an advantageRoles and Responsibilities:Sales and revenue generationIdentify and research potential business opportunities through market analysis, client referrals, and networkingPresent and promote our full scope of training offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and callsDevelop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsConduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunitiesAct as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolutionCollaborate with marketing and product development to deliver comprehensive solutions to clientsStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growthWork closely with the skills development, HR Teams, and other decision makers to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirementsCollaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaignsParticipate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and achievementsPrepare regular reports and analysis on business development activities, including pipeline management and performance metricsRepresent the company at industry events and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leadsContinuously seek ways to improve processes and optimize business development efforts to drive efficiency and effectivenessIdentify strategic partners, stakeholders, and new revenue streams to achieve the annual budgetAbout usWe'd like to help you find your best fit!
