Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Management Sciences or a related qualificationUp to 5 years of experienceResponsibilities: Responsible for the pitch/proposal/tender processResponsible for reporting and tracking info/data as relevant to the portfolio assignedResponsible for legal directory submissions, awards submissions, league tablesResponsible for experience managementCoordinate all activities (and ensure governance) to support the firm's 'go to market' collaboration forums e.g. ACC/A&N, Sectors, KCPAssist with invoices and purchase order requestsBudget maintenance and management for cost Centre/s applicable (Responsible for the management of budgets for flights and accommodation for local, as well as international travel)Assist with the research of international conferences and the booking thereofSupport on key clients, sectors, collaboration forums and all research requiredAssist with events and marketing campaignsChampion of CRM system inc. maintain and ensure that client list and client data relevant and up to date
