" Proven track record of credible sales successMatricMinimum 3-5 years strong professional sales experienceValid driver's licenseOwn car essentialProficient in MS Office and PowerPointExcellent communication skills – written and verbalSound planning and organizational abilityMust be energetic and capable of working independentlyMust be capable of working under pressureMust be a quick learner and self motivatedStrong numerical ability Duties & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Developing and growing customer base to execute sales growth against set KPI'sTarget sector potential customers and ensure sales targets are met by presenting and selling company service offering to potential customersPrimary duty is to interest prospective clients in the service offeringDevelop, design and execute sales strategy ensuring the development of service offeringResponsibility to deliver on operating plan and business commitments with regards to sales/revenue growth, customer account retention and profitabilityLeadership responsibility to lead new business development strategy, initiatives and activityDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with Operational and Corporate ExecutivesUnderstanding of customer mind-set, issues/needs and expenditure in identification of potential needsUsing domain expertise and knowledge to turn customer needs into customized solutions that generate value,Assisting the Team in the identification, documentation and communication of customer value generation projects and case studies.Strategic customer business reviews to ensure customer service delivery/excellence and retentionResearch and approach of potential customersStrong relationship building skillsCross and up selling of other services offeredKey Accounts account planning and managementAccurate Costing controlsManagement of sales and pipeline forecastPrepare accurate quotations and supporting documentationTender identification and preparation – full processDetermine each customer's needs by means of a full needs analysis/risk assessment and tailoring products/services to meet specific customer needsWeekly and monthly sales reportsEnsure that the CRM system is up to date at all times – Critical!Liaise with all necessary parties internally e.g. finance, operations, HR, logistics etc. to ensure a smooth and successful service implementationTo ensure that the sales process is completed from start to finishAdhere to all Company policies, procedures and SOP's as well as industry legislation Policy We are committed to Employment Equity when recruiting internally and externally.
