Minimum Requirements. Matric Any other relevant qualifications would be an advantage, but we prefer "Experience and the Walk-and-Talk Candidates" Quick thinker and an attentive listener to clients "pain points" and to offer solutions Previous Sales experience within the TES industry and knowledge of the Labour Relations Act and all Bargaining Councils, beneficial Excellent communications skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients Computer Literate, MS office etc. Candidate must be a self-starter and have great organizational and time management skills Valid Drivers License and own vehicle Duties and Responsibilities Identify clients needs and present solutions to match these Conduct Sales presentations Continuously searching and identifying sales opportunities Attend weekly sales meetings Ensure quotes are delivered timeously and negotiated with the client within a 24-hour time frame Ensure correct company protocol is followed with regards to hours, PPE, health, and safety etc Work closely with the operations department to ensure requirements are met Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5-7 working days, failing which please consider your application unsuccessful.
