Job Family Definition:
Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level. Includes but is not limited to development, implementation and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management, revenue growth programs through the appropriate routes to market. Includes but is not limited to achieving revenue, profit and/or TCE goals for that segment/entity.
Management Level Definition:
Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities:
Drives, develops, grows and manages the Education Business within the defined area of focus. Aligns with pre-sales, sales, marketing. Has profound market knowledge, evaluates and identifies new business opportunities.
Drives Attach business – proper integration into any HIT opportunities drive Sales of LC (Learning Credits) and integrate Education at the PoS.
Liaise with HIT, A&PS (Pre-)Sales fostering the Education Services knowledge, enabling and driving the sales of this business.
Works directly with customer to identify training gaps and to build training plans. Creates training proposals.
Manages selected Education customer accounts and participates in customer meetings.
Provide consulting and executive coaching to teams and individuals around the Education Portfolio.
Establishes and maintains a network within the UKIMEA Education team and global Practice to synchronize knowledge, processes and future strategies to guarantee a collaborative framework.
Negotiates and/or supports volume discount for large engagements within the defined Approval Matrices.
Escalation management in case of a "non-quality" seminar, which led to customers' dissatisfaction.
Involved in and/or responsible for delivery and operational aspects depending on local set-up.
Responsibility on orders, revenue and gross margin for the projects sold.
Education and Experience Required:
Typically 3+ years experience in directly related business.
Typically first level university degree or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
Moderate knowledge of IT and services industry.
Must be able to analyze problems and solve them creatively.
Very good communication skills.
