Job DescriptionA Leader within the Financial Services Sector, is looking to grow their team and hire an experienced Business Developer to be based in Cape Town . This will be a hybrid role with the option to work from home once settled into the role
You must have at least 1 year's business development experience within a corporate environment focusing on growing the b2b sector to be considered for this role. Your sales experience must include attending self-generated client facing meetings and achieving set sales KPI's. You must have a valid driver's license and your own car (transport is not provided)
This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated sales professional to receive 6-week comprehensive training and take responsibility for lead generation, building strong client relationships, and providing specialized financial solutions to businesses
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:Proactively identify and pursue potential business clients through various channelsMake cold calls, network at events, gain referrals with your networkAbility to research online to gain avenues for new leadsDevelop and maintain a good strong sales pipeline in order to achieve your sales objectivesEducation and Experience:
Matriculation or a national senior certificateValid driver's license and own carMust have at least 1 years' sales experience within b2b salesPrevious experience in lead generation, client engagement and presentationTrack record of achieving sales targets and building sales pipelinesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, driven and able to work independentlyExceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilitiesR29,600 per month, and the offered salary will depend on the level of sales experience you begin with an Attractive commission structureAverage Business Developer in this role can earn monthly commission that ranges from R30,000 – R40,000 PMThe top performers have been in the business for several years and have grown their book to achieve R 390 ,000 PM continuously in commissionAs a new Business Developer, you will need to grow your client portfolio and as your client portfolio grows, so will your monthly commissionPetrol allowance – personal and businessLaptop, and company cell phoneHuge opportunities for career advancement within the companyComprehensive 6-week training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledgeSupportive and collaborative team environmentAccess to Sales support functionBenefits include, Pension, Medical Aid and Group Life
