Business Data Analyst

In this role, you will use data to report and analyze business performance, uncovering insights that inform strategic business decisions. You will provide stakeholders with actionable insights that drive change and foster innovation, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of industry trends.You will be part of a forward-thinking team that thrives on solving complex business challenges. Our team is responsible for the strategy, execution, and reporting of go-to-market initiatives and broader client initiatives aimed at identifying new business opportunities. We work closely with various departments to ensure our insights lead to impactful business outcomes. Together, we drive the company's vision and strategy, making a tangible difference in our market.Qualifications:Relevant tertiary degree (Finance, Engineering or similar) with additional data analysis certification an advantageExperience:3 – 5 years, preferably in a Big 4 advisory firm in a similar roleProficiency in SalesForce and Oracle (Reporting – budgets, forecasts, net revenue, and pipelines)Strong data visualization skills leveraging PowerBI, Alteryx, Workbench, Thinkcell or similar applicationsAdvanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel (Pivot tables, VLookup, etc.), Power PointStrong qualitative and quantitative abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsResponsibilities:Executive Stakeholder ManagementPortfolio ManagementSalesForce – monitoring, reporting, reconciliations, and KPIs (You will be the Salesforce Champion within the team)Data Analysis and Reporting
